Wall Graphics // Ollyo // Dhaka, Bangladesh
As a creative designer, I had the honor of creating a series of wall graphics for the Wall Branding of Ollyo's campus interior to enhance the aesthetics of it's energetic and workaholic space. This is one of the works from the wall graphics series.
Thoughts:
I initially thought of something regular but drew inspirations from the strong and active environments of global office space afterwards. However, graphic flow for the main wall was done after a lot of sketches, thoughts and errands of processes.(which is obviously always changeable).
Challenges:
My challenge was to illustrate a unified but unique graphic flow that coherently goes with the entire mood and tone of interior system. My goal was to highlight the the color palette and because I felt color reflects feelings.
Goals:
To capture the never-ending exploration and energy, I used vibrant and cheerful colors in my illustrations keeping a resemblance to the interiors. You can see the thoughts behind elements and colors given below. Each element was carefully composed maintaining their aesthetics and color palette.
2022
Initial Process:
I genuinely felt this would be an enormous challenge for me to create this, so I had to bother to actually create things and get rejected a lot of times. I was not familiar with printing section so there were errands in the wall measurements and so on. So, here are some glimpse of the initial documents that I could find in my work logs.
Color Palette:
I used vibrant and cheerful colors in my illustrations keeping a resemblance to the interiors. All the tags of feeligs behind the color concept are documented.
Elements:
The elements were selected as unusual as possible. Pixels being the sign of web development, stroke weight for comparison, brush strokes for creativity etc were previously thought and I had insert experimental typography because our field for exploring is never enough - just like typographies.
